Does not apply changes made via 'Data View Properties' 'XSL Editor'

Nice code, but it doesnt seem to apply any custom XSL I add into the 'Data View Properties' -> 'XSL Editor' section.
I know my XSL works as it works fine on a normal Refinement Panel Webpart.
I have also deselected 'Use Default Configuration' so that's not the issue.
Any thoughts?

I am also having an issue updating the XSL in the Data View Properties. It is a needed feature if I am going to use custom refiners around new metadata.

Please provide some insight in how to overcome this issue.

Stollgr - i had a dig through the code and it does not do the XSLT as it takes the source XML of the refiner and applies it to a TreeView control instead. I have made several changes to this code to accommodate what i needed to do - including the ability to promote results to the top of the refiner and swapping out text for friendly text. If you would find this useful, i could upload. It's not a 'Patch' as such as it is different in a few ways - maybe as an attachment. Let me know. Thanks, Ciaran
